We use Drupal at Edipresse for nearly all our websites. The architecture of Drupal allows for an efficient workflow between the editors, webmasters and developers. In this session, we'll talk about the experiences we had moving from other CMS to Drupal, how we use and develop modules to bring more value to our readers and enrich the content of our printed titles.

In dieser Session möchte ich ein Blick in die Zukunft von Drupal werfen.
Was kommt nach Drupal 6?
Was kann man von Drupal 7 erwarten?
Was wird die Rolle von Drupal in Zukunft sein?
Drupal ist eine weit verbreitete Plattform für die Entwicklung von Community und Content Webseiten. Wer Drupal länger kennt weiss, dass jeder Versionssprung einen Meilenstein darstellt. Neue Funktionen bieten neue Möglichkeiten.
Diese Präsentation wird die Geschichte von Drupal kurz aufzeigen, den heutigen Stand dokumentieren und einen Blick in die Zukunft wagen. Mit Drupal 7 werden erneut viele zukunftsweisende Technologien in Drupal integriert.
Neben all den positiven Aspekten die die Weiterentwicklung von Drupal mit sich bringt erzähle ich auch von möglichen Gefahren und Risiken.
